Vegetarian Christmas Feast

I’ve had quite a few people ask me in recent weeks, “You’re vegetarian? But how can you enjoy the holidays? What will you eat?”
Well, here’s a sampling of what I ate for Christmas. 🙂
Zucchini Orzo
Mushrooms with Oat Stuffing
Vegetarian Moussaka and Frijole Mole Spread

  1. That all looks so tasty. Our food wasn't as fancy as that.

You would be happy to be in Poland. All of our traditional Christmas food is vegetarian (+ fishes, but I don't eat them either). 🙂

  2. It seems to be really delicious. Why some people think that it is impossible to be vegetarian and have a fun at the same time?
