I’ve had quite a few people ask me in recent weeks, “You’re vegetarian? But how can you enjoy the holidays? What will you eat?” Well, here’s a sampling of what I ate for Christmas. 🙂
That all looks so tasty. Our food wasn't as fancy as that.

Re: ewww
some maturity, please.
You would be happy to be in Poland. All of our traditional Christmas food is vegetarian (+ fishes, but I don't eat them either). 🙂
It seems to be really delicious. Why some people think that it is impossible to be vegetarian and have a fun at the same time?
Looks very yummy..
Can you give the recipe pleaaasssseee???
Kind regards.

Hi,
The recipe for the first dish (zucchini orzo) is available here: <a href="http://www.animalvegetablemiracle.com/Zucchini%20Orzo.pdf” target=”_blank”>http://www.animalvegetablemiracle.com/Zucchini%20Orzo.pdf
The recipe for the bean spread on the toast in the last picture is available here: <a href="http://www.animalvegetablemiracle.com/Frijole-Mole.pdf” target=”_blank”>http://www.animalvegetablemiracle.com/Frijole-Mole.pdf
The other two are from this book: <a href="http://www.amazon.com/Complete-Vegetarian-Nicola-Graimes/dp/0754817024/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1230578829&sr=8-1” target=”_blank”>http://www.amazon.com/Complete-Vegetarian-Nicola-Graimes/dp/0754817024/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1230578829&sr=8-1
The vegetable moussaka is the food on the right in the bottom photo and is on page 270; the stuffed mushrooms are in the middle photo and are on page 240.
